On Monday 5th May my family and I were in Lakefield Caravan Park near Camelford with a broken down Freelander and caravan to get home to Tamworth.

After being attended by a mechanic from another company, we were informed that they could not assist and were abandoned.
Later we were attended by yourselves.

You sent out Mark who arrived in the time frame given, he was polite and courteous from the start: greeting both myself and my wife by shaking our hands and introducing himself. He quickly put us at our ease and allayed any misgivings or concerns we had.

He was thoroughly professional throughout the time he spent with us, which was quite considerable due to the M5, being stacked out with traffic from junction 24-21.
