Absolutely brilliant service from Cornwall Commercials. I was rescued from Polbathic when my car broke down at the start of a six and a half hour drive home to Merseyside. I was then brought all the way back home to the Wirral from Liskeard. I just want to say a huge thank you, especially to Jason and George, both guys made what could have been a really horrible situation, on a very hot day far from home much less stressful and more pleasant than I thought it would be! James, Ken and their team helped us enormously when our Volkswagen T4 broke down on Friday evening on the A30. From the moment James first came to us and when he left us after driving us in his own car to pick up our hire car in Bodmin the service was first class. Tonight we have taken delivery of our van after Lee dropped it off for us. Friendly family run business with lovely friendly, personal service.

Dear Cornwall Commercials

On Monday 5th May my family and I were in Lakefield Caravan Park near Camelford with a broken down Freelander and caravan to get home to Tamworth.

After being attended by a mechanic from another company, we were informed that they could not assist and were abandoned.
Later we were attended by yourselves.

You sent out Mark who arrived in the time frame given, he was polite and courteous from the start: greeting both myself and my wife by shaking our hands and introducing himself. He quickly put us at our ease and allayed any misgivings or concerns we had.

He was thoroughly professional throughout the time he spent with us, which was quite considerable due to the M5, being stacked out with traffic from junction 24-21.
